Winter may look pure and peaceful but it can be a parent’s worst nightmare! Yes, winter is also the season where cold and flu move around every house and door. You can help your child stay healthy and strong during this season with these 6 tips.

#1. Cook Mineral Broth All Long Winter

When the cold season starts, it is wise to pull out the stockpot and run it all along the winter with the mineral broth.
