3. Exposure to the sun – The sun is your best source of Vitamin D but too much exposure to the sun can damage your skin because of the ultraviolet rays that can affect the elastic fibers of the skin. If you can’t avoid being exposed to the sun, just make sure that you apply sunscreen before going out.

4. Lack of sleep – Nothing can substitute sleep. Sleep is important for overall health. Your body repairs and regenerates when you are sleeping which will make you energize the next day. You should sleep 7-9 hours daily to keep your body healthy.

5. No exercise – Exercise improves blood circulation which is important to stay fit and healthy. A healthy body will make your skin look radiant and glowing. According to a study, people who exercise live longer than people who don’t.
