#2. Start Your Day With Lemon Water
If you had practiced drinking water as soon as you wake up, give a squeeze of lemon juice or any other citrus fruit into your water. If you had never done it, just give it a try! Add a few drops of lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, orange, or any fruit that is rich in Vitamin C.

#5. Avoid Junk Foods
